Hello 2013 and a smoking hot sellers market. It is a fantastic time to sell in San Diego because inventory is at record lows as well as incredibly affordable interest rates. (about 1/2 the average rate over the last 100 years) With such low inventory sellers are currently at an advantage. Interest rates may stay low for at least the next year or so according to "experts." Accurately priced homes are selling like hotcakes, so if you have had any thought of selling your home, now is the time!
